  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the parcel at no additional cost to you.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team verifies the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
